I stayed in a 2 BHK apartment and returned for a second visit. Key points before booking: Location is a major plus, being very close to Amrita Hospital, making it perfect for families visiting for medical reasons. The 2 BHK includes a living room with a sofa, a small kitchenette, and two bedrooms. Cleanliness was excellent in rooms and bathrooms. Hot water is available but only through the bucket tap, not the shower head. Staff are friendly and helpful; during my second stay, they quickly prepared the room for a last-minute check-in. On-site parking is available, which is very convenient, and there is a working lift. The hotel has a wheelchair ramp leading to the lift, but it does not extend to the reception area. Prices are reasonable for the space and convenience but feel a bit high given the room luxury level. Overall, a very convenient, clean, and supportive place to stay near Amrita Hospital, especially for families.
