I had a very disappointing experience at Tribute Royale Hotel. We made an offline booking for two days and paid the full amount upfront. Despite repeatedly asking for a receipt, it wasn’t provided initially. Before making the payment, I asked more than five times if the amount covered two days, and was clearly told it did.The next day, Saneesh K.S. (who handled the booking on behalf of the hotel) suddenly claimed our room had been booked online by someone else. He said he would upgrade us to a premium room instead. I told him I didn’t want the room and asked for a refund, but he refused. Moments later, he changed his mind and said he could get us the same room back in 30 minutes, which he eventually did’and finally sent the receipt confirming the 2-day booking.After staying one night, he claimed the payment we made was only for one day and demanded we pay again for the second night. He was rude, shouted at us in front of others, and tried to intimidate us. When I showed him the receipt and his own messages confirming it was his mistake, he told us not to pay.We checked out the next morning and even paid for the water bottles we used. Despite that, he later messaged me again demanding payment for the second night and continued to harass us.Extremely unprofessional and stressful experience’definitely not recommended.

Beautiful Property Ruined by Dishonest and Unprofessional ManagementThe Positives-’The Tribute Royal is a stunning location. The rooms are amazing, spacious, and well-maintained. Additionally, the complimentary food was excellent and definitely a highlight of the stay.’The Issues with Management-’Unfortunately, our entire experience was marred by the manager, Mr. Saneesh. Despite spending hours on the phone with him prior to booking to ensure everything was clear, he attempted to change the terms upon our arrival.’Billing Discrepancy: We booked and paid for 2 rooms for 2 nights (as clearly stated in our receipt and WhatsApp messages). However, he later claimed it was a "mistake" and that we only had 2 rooms for 1 night.’Unprofessional Behavior: He was incredibly rude, used "shitty" language, and attempted to emotionally blackmail us. He is not a good listener and certainly does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel employee.’Harassment: Even after we checked out’and were told by the front desk staff that our balance was clear’he continued to call us demanding more money.
