I had a pleasant stay at Cochin Palace Hotel, with comfortable rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. The location was convenient for exploring the city, and the amenities provided good value for the price. Overall, a satisfying stay that I would recommend for both short and long visits.
Title: Exceptional Service at Hotel Cochin Palace’The hotel is tucked away in a narrow lane off a busy street, which makes parking and unloading luggage a bit of a challenge. While the rooms are generally fine, the air conditioning in my room wasn't quite cold enough. Additionally, the bathroom layout needs attention; water tends to pool near the door in the "dry area," making it quite slippery.’However, the staff are truly the highlight of this hotel. Ms.Roksana and Mr. Vineesh at reception were fabulous’friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful. I’d also like to commend the security personnel on duty the evening of March 8th for his kind assistance.’A special mention must go to the dining room team, particularly Ms. Lani. She is an outstanding professional with a wonderful smile. Most importantly, when my wife accidentally left her handbag (containing cash and important documents) in the dining area, Ms. Lani went out of her way to personally return it to our room. Her honesty is deeply appreciated’may God bless her!Will surely come back!

Couple • Mar 2026Good rooms. Clean and comfortable. Stayed in room 303. Despite having the restaurant and bar on the 4th floor the vibrations from the speakers which play there don't reach the room below. But the staff need to be careful of the sound of the chairs/ furniture which are moved at night for cleaning etc. That sound is heard in the rooms on the 3rd floor and are very disturbing.
