The staff are the weak point here. The selection was completely off and their quality is like a roadside tea stall. There is no leadership to run the place properly. It seems the top management neither cares about hiring good people nor training them. It's sad to see a place with potential and a great location being managed like this. I sincerely hope the management will work harder to provide a quality experience 🙏

Our time at Purple Elephant was truly delightful, joyful, and fulfilling. We reserved two rooms for a group of five adults and two children. The service was flawless, the rooms were clean and well-kept, and all our requirements were attentively addressed. A special highlight was the food, which was incredibly tasty. The restaurant manager, Mr. Akash, was very supportive in helping us select the finest dishes and made sure our guests also enjoyed excellent meals. We strongly suggest this hotel for your vacations.

The highlight was the outstanding hospitality of the staff, who were always polite, attentive, and happy to assist with a friendly smile. The food was superb, offering a wide selection and consistently good quality. Special thanks to Atlantis Screen 3, their affordable bar, which serves tasty snacks, reasonably priced drinks, and has a vibrant yet laid-back vibe that enhances the overall stay. Getting to key spots in and around Kochi was convenient. Most importantly, the owner was very kind, professional, and personally committed to making sure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. We really valued the friendliness, service, and careful attention, and would strongly suggest Purple Elephant to anyone visiting Kochi.
