Issues faced:1. Bedsheets and blankets were dirty. 2. Wifi password had to be asked. Had to call the reception. Unless you ask they would not provide it at check in.3. Had no tv channels. Upon request, a person came and the monthly subscription was taken in front of me - asking me what I wanted to watch.Though the staff was good, these issues point out there is a management issue. The overall experience felt like I had to request for the facilities that was already mentioned in the booking and wait for them to fix it. This seemed like a rip off for the amount. Definitely not a Rs3000/ night stay....
The hotel is not well-maintained. The room floors are in bad shape, with broken tiles all over, and there was a bad smell upon entering the room. No drinking water was provided. It is definitely not worth the money paid for a four-star hotel. Furthermore, the staff is poorly trained. Every time my family and I tried to use the lift, staff members and cleaners were already inside and didn't even bother to step out to make room for us.
The food at the restaurant was so good. The staff were so accommodating and helpful.
