We had 2 nights stay and we only have 2 feedback. The toilet needs to be cleaned as we had urine stench and the room service could have been more responsive. The front desk girls need to be more mindful of customer service.

The service is pathetic.do not ever plan a stay in this hotel.we were staying in this hotel as a part of our coperate meeting for 1 week the breakfast,room service all is pathetic.we checked on 19th July 26 morning and check out is 24th July 26. The breakfast for all 5 days was the same...good quality and taste below standard. The breakfast had only idli and dosa all 5 days and boiled eggs..the spread was very limited and tasteless. All the week wifi was a big issue..we could not use our devises on wifi after returning back to hotel. Toiletries were not provided even after repeated asking..water was also deprived..they said we do not give room service after we asked them to send medicines for a collegeue who was unwell.she had to herself go and collect it..the overall review is below average especially for corporate stays.

The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall stay was good.However, there are a few areas that need significant improvement. The breakfast, especially the sambar, was disappointing’it was unusually sweet and tasted more like payasam than sambar. The room service was also extremely slow. I ordered just one cup of tea, and it took an unreasonably long time to arrive.With better breakfast quality and faster room service, this hotel could provide a much better guest experience

Value for money.The only downside was a la carte menu in restaurant was not available in lunch time
