Very bad experience
The room provided was not the same as the one shown in the pictures on the ixigo application. The actual room and overall atmosphere of the hotel were significantly different from what was advertised. Please note that I vacated the room within just 15 minutes of checking in because I was not comfortable with the room and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. I did not continue my stay or use the room beyond this very short period. Furthermore, I contacted ixigo staff multiple times and requested cancellation, as I did not wish to continue my stay. However, my request was not properly resolved. Considering the significant mismatch between the advertised and actual room, the fact that I vacated the room within 15 minutes of check-in, and my repeated requests for cancellation, I request you to review this matter urgently and process a full refund at the earliest.

To be honest our first impression on entering the hotel lobby was not too impressive as it was very small & narrow. Had arrived 2 hrs before official check-in time but they accomodated us with a little hesitation as we were first time guests. After all the formalities we were taken to our room. Again, first impression was really disappointing. It was a small dingy room with dirty walls, strong cigarette smoke smell. On requesting they sprayed some room freshner. Had to keep windows open for some time for fresh air to enter. Plastic chair with study table was broken (which they replaced later on request). After few hours of AC on it was not effective. Technician came to check. He took filter off & refitted after washing. Still AC was not effective. We had to go out for an event that evening. We told them that after we return if AC still not working we want room changed. They said that they will not be able to give us another room as rooms in that category were all booked. Later they agreed to change. After we returned to the hotel they told us they allotted us a different room. In our absence they moved all our belongings to a new room which again is questionable. Thankfully we had packed up everything before leaving. They gave us keys to the new room. We directly went there. Pleasant surprise, this room was an upgraded one, far better & spacious than the earlier one. No complaints at all. Looks like they made up for all the inconvenience earlier. At the end I'd like to add that they did provide us with everything we asked for which also includes ironing board & salt for gargling! First allotted room was not value for money but the second one was. Hope this detailed review of our experience helps.
