During my stay, I faced a few issues. The reception staff’s attitude was slightly disappointing. When I requested early check-in over the phone, they initially said it was not possible, but upon arrival, they said it could be arranged for an extra charge. The toilet door lock occasionally gets stuck, and the AC seems quite old. Cleaning is done upon request. Online food orders are not allowed to be delivered to the room. There were also brief power interruptions lasting around 30 seconds to 1 minute at times. Overall, If we ignore such minor issues, I believe it is worth the money paid and can be considered a good business hotel overall..

I stayed at Oryx Homes, Kakkanad for a business trip and booked a Premium Room.The Room was very spacious and gave a clean first impression. The room looked well maintained overall.However, there was a mosquito issue, and I also noticed a cockroach in the bathroom, which affected the hygiene experience and definitely needs improvement.The bed comfort and sleep quality were good, and I was able to rest properly. All basic amenities were available and functioning, including AC, hot water, and other essentials required for a comfortable business stay.The staff were helpful and cooperative, which is a positive point. Their attitude made the stay smoother.There is no in-house restaurant, but online food delivery is allowed, which is convenient and manageable.In terms of value for money, the stay felt good, especially considering the room size and location.
