Treebo The Qasr

Good value for money with a convenient location. The staff were helpful, but I faced a few issues during my stay. The water pressure was very low, the hot water wasn’t working, and after nearly an hour of trying to fix it, I had to move to another room. The TV remote also wasn’t working properly. Apart from these maintenance issues, the stay was comfortable overall.

Comfortable and very centre so makes connectivity easier. Marine drive is just 10 mts away.

We where given a room first in which the A/c was not working properly. when i complained they gave me another room which was smelly and a/c still was the same. so we went back to the room which was less smelly. we did not get hot water as the heater is some solar backed and at the end of the day we just got cold water

The room did not have the facilities that were promised. Basic amenities were missing, including a kettle and tea/coffee-making supplies. The dental kit was not placed in the room and was provided only after requesting it. The telephone was not working, and when reported, we were told it was due to the rain. The room floor was not properly cleaned, and there were mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room. Additionally, the bathroom door lock was not functioning smoothly. Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not meet expectations.

Good hotel however rooms can be improved a bit. Location and connectivity is good. No restaurant hence you need to order from outside all the time.
