Treebo Petals Suites Marine Drive

Stayed here 2 nights and 3 days. The rooms are like a 1 BHK apartment, very spacious and clean. They have a ' No Smoking ' rule. And if any items in the room are damaged, we will have to reimburse the damage costs. And if stay is extended beyond checkout hours, it will be chargeable on hourly basis. These are explained and signature is obtained at the time of check-in. They give you complimentary breakfast in the morning and have a fixed menu for every day of the week. An elderly lady cooks breakfast and they have a dining area on the 4th floor. The dining area is clean and well maintained. The hotel is located in a residential area and is very quiet. Easily accessible from Ernakulam North Railway Station & Townhall Metro station. The staff are courteous,friendly and helpful.

Extremely Disappointing Stay, Unprofessional Management and Poor Maintenance and Service.I stayed at Petals Suites Kochi on 07/11/2025 with my family and guests (8 rooms, 17 pax) for my friends marriage function, referred by your ex-employee. While the rooms looked decent, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. This property operates like a hostel with outdated 90’s rules and no flexibility at all.The manager, Mr. Vishnu, was rude, arrogant, and completely lacking basic hospitality manners ’ treating guests more like subordinates than customers. We were also overcharged full tariff (~’4000) for 2 extended rooms, despite being promised minimal charges.Room 403’s air-conditioner wasn’t cooling properly, and Room 203’s bathroom walls were full of black mold, creating serious discomfort and hygiene issues.Breakfast was below average ’ very limited options, no fruits or eggs, and served with no courtesy. One of the guest who stayed in another room was a Sabarimala devotee was even made to wait unnecessarily at reception and treated disrespectfully ’ absolutely unacceptable.Overall, this place should not be called a hotel. It’s a service apartment with military-style rules, poor service, and zero customer care. Totally disappointing experience ’ not worth the price or the stress.Please take this feedback seriously ’ no guest deserves to face this level of mismanagement and unprofessionalism.

We went there at night and they rejected our checkin because the ID card which I produced was local. Then they told us that they won't allow local people to stay because there's judge, police are staying near by. None of these are mentioned in the website while we booked the stay. They called the manager and they were judging by our looks, the manager asked the receptionist - how we look like, are they genuine couple or not etc.. very bad experience, poor customer handling

I booked 3 rooms in Treebo petal suits from 2nd to 3rd october.We are from Bangalore. From begging they informed like strict wardens that if your ID card registrations are with local address , we will not allow you to stay , secondly if you are couple we ll not allow, and we had very bad experience, one of the room A/C was not cooling, when complained, they dragged the issue for 4 hours and last agreed to change room and refused to give on same floor. The most rude was the manager Vishnu. Double rooms had only one pair of dental kit ,and 1 towel etc. They treated from begining with attitude as if we are staying for free.In the complementary breakfast counter the lady on the counter was also rude for informing that kadala curry is not available . When asked if there was butter to have bread toast , the lady was rude and shouted no butter ..even tea and coffee was bad because it came from a vending machine...we literally regretted to have taken these rooms, our evening was spoiled ....
