A highly recommended stay with excellent value for money. The location is convenient, the property is clean and well maintained and the facilities are impressive. WiFi worked well, parking was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful maling the overall experience smooth and enjoyable.

Couple • India • Sep 2026I stayed here for two days. The hotel is situated in a prime location. There's a patisserie on site named Relish, which offers excellent Tiramisu and Chocolate Cheesecake. The rooms are roomy and comfortable. The bathroom has strong water pressure. The receptionist is very helpful and quick to respond. Considering the property is 100 years old, they've done an amazing job maintaining it. Parking can be a bit challenging when there are many guests, but there is available space at the front and back of the building, so parking is manageable.

The staff provided excellent service and were friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience. I would certainly suggest Sarada Mandiram for anyone visiting Ernakulam.

This hotel offers a vintage royal experience. Constructed in the British Era, it brings a sense of historic nostalgia. Overall, it was an amazing stay. It is situated on MG Road, near the marketplace, island, and hospital. The hotel is impeccably clean. Aadarsh at the reception was very helpful.
