One of the worst hotel that i had ever experienced’. the manager as well as the crew are so rude.I was forced to pay just for the key was broken unintentionally,,, they could have understand easily.They didnt even asked how it broke. They just asked 2000 directly. They said they have to replaced the lock for that lol. For I know the lock need not to replace. Even if it had to replaced the lock cost 800 rs. And they asked 2000 rs directly without any conversation. This is a pure scam for how many people they would have done the same thing.I just hope and pray for this 2000, the hotel would not proceed for long and face debt in the future.

Not only id proof, they registered names, father's/husband's names, contact numbers, aadhaar numbers, occupations, addresses of all members who belong to the same family.
