Hotel service was not upto the mark.Multiple cons !1. Unprofessional staff2. TV and Cable connection problems the whole first day of stay. Staff don't even bother.3. Even after pre-booking with MakeMyTrip had to wait more than an hour to get a proper room allocation when arrived on the first day. Could have asked us to alreast have some water or offer some hot tea or coffee. NO!!Instead busy with handling others complains. Ofcourse if you don't maintain the property customers will complain.4. We even ran into the same problem afterwards.Cons!Breakfast was Good!Hi Tea was good on the first day. Not the second day. Coz we asked earlier. Coffee tasted like got water

Disappointing Solo Stay

Poor Experience ’ Not Worth the StayI had a very disappointing stay at this property. As my booking from MMT for 3 night, the room size was clearly mentioned as 120 sq ft, but the actual room was much smaller’around 80’90 sq ft at best. It felt cramped and uncomfortable from the moment I entered.The room condition was extremely poor. There were pan masala stains on the walls, the sofa was dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the room was far below acceptable standards. There was no proper luggage storage available, which made the stay even more inconvenient.I raised my concerns to the MakeMyTrip team, but they were unable to resolve the issue. Instead of improving the situation, the receptionist Rishi simply asked me to cancel the booking. When I requested a refund, I was told that a refund was not possible, which was very unprofessional and unfair.Overall, I had a terrible experience. The room did not match the description, the cleanliness was horrible, and the customer service was extremely poor. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
