The room was dirty, and there was a strong unpleasant odor coming from the toilet. The service was poor, and the staff behaved rudely throughout the stay. There appears to be no clear or fixed cancellation policy, which created confusion and inconvenience.Room allocations were handled randomly, and requests for room changes were not accommodated. Additionally, the management promised a refund of ’2,000 for the cancellation of one day's stay, but that promise was not fulfilled.The property's location is also very dirty and unpleasant. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend booking this place for a stay.The owners are very unprofessional. They didn't even have any official cancellation or any policy ...

Service of this hotel is excellent. The manager Mr. Naresh kumar Sharma is very attentive for the smallest of services and the help we require at any point of time even send his staff with us for the language problem we face at Shillong. Food is very very tasty and the staff is very cooperative. I needed help to visit few places at Shillong the manager Mr. Sharma not only suggested the places to visit but also arranged Car for me and my family with the reasonable price but also a staff accompanied me to guide us and the help we required.
