The Majestic Hotel

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel’the rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and very clean, with big and tidy bathrooms; the location is convenient as it’s close to the main road and easy to find; the food quality is good, though it takes a little longer to be served, but the room service is excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful; overall, a pleasant experience and definitely recommended.

Rooms are like a "4.5 star" property.Service is GoodAlthough from outside hotel doesn't look good, but as there is a saying "never judge a book by its cover" the rooms are very good.I would highly recommed it.

Had an amazing stay at The Majestic Hotel. The overall experience was truly wonderful.The room was very spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged and convenient.The food was delicious, and I especially loved the Masala Chai ’ it was perfectly made and added a special touch to the stay. The service throughout was excellent, with staff being polite, attentive, and helpful.Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Shillong. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable experience!

The staff were disciplined, courteous, and very helpful.The food was tasty and cost-effective, and the room service was prompt and efficient.
