Good staff, good and clean place and good food. Highly recommended for stay.
1. Room is spacious2. I was allotted first floor so I could only view the road and shops3. Breakfast spread is good, presentation is poor4. Staff is totally untrained; they try to avoid work.5. Agoda has book the room from another third party, and all amenities included in their webpage were not included in the booking, Booking was confirmed for an ordinary suite whereas the payment has been charged for the suite with all amenities including bathtub. Difference on the extra amount charged was denied from the Customer care and feel cheated. I recommend travelers to confirm all amenities before booking so that right payment could be done as per your requirement worth the amount without being cheated by the agency.Regarding the Hospitality and cleanliness of the hotel, it's very good and recommend other travelers to enjoy the visit.Recommend contacting the Hotel directly for booking instead of these agencies, because they easily cheat people of their purse.
