Agoda has book the room from another third party, and all amenities included in their webpage were not included in the booking, Booking was confirmed for an ordinary suite whereas the payment has been charged for the suite with all amenities including bathtub. Difference on the extra amount charged was denied from the Customer care and feel cheated. I recommend travelers to confirm all amenities before booking so that right payment could be done as per your requirement worth the amount without being cheated by the agency.Regarding the Hospitality and cleanliness of the hotel, it's very good and recommend other travelers to enjoy the visit.Recommend contacting the Hotel directly for booking instead of these agencies, because they easily cheat people of their purse.
We were three couples. booked three deluxe rooms in this hotel on this platform months in advance. As a senior contrubitor on Tripadvisor, I requested weeks earlier for rooms to be allocated next to each other along with complimentary upgrades subject to availability/ Was instantly denied both. Eventualy we were lucky to get the rooms next to each other.Rooms were nicer than I imagined. Check in, housekeeping, room service and cehck out was all up to mark. However one woudl need to chage lift twice to get to the rooms. There are no pool, steam sauna etc.Breakfast was often elaborate but lacked that final finesse to make it memorable. Location of the property is close to the main areas of the city.
