We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Landmark Hills, Shillong, Meghalaya. The rooms were comfortable, the overall ambience was good, and the dinner was also very nice. The staff were not courteous and service was bad.Also, there was one serious and disappointing issue during our check-in. One of our friends handed over his original Voter ID card to the reception manager as part of the check-in process, but unfortunately, the reception staff later lost the original document. This was quite concerning and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience for our friend.We hope the hotel management will take this matter seriously, improve the process of handling guests’ original documents, and ensure that such an incident does not happen again.Overall, the stay and dinner were good, but the loss of an important original identity document was a significant concern and affected our overall experience.

Everything was good. Room is okay with that budget. Enough space for parking which is best and much needed in shillong town. 3km drive away from police bazar. Away from city chaos. Restaurant is present inside hotel area with one departmentmental store to buy all sorts of household materials and pakt foods etc. Overall experience was good.
