Receptionist is very rude, the road was blocked due to some trees cutting but he wasn’t ready to arrange any vehicle to go to the main road. They are pretty aware of the cleaning roads, but they are not ready to make any arrangement. Receptionist who was handling the bookings is pretty rude while having the conversation as well.

Nice place to stay. We stayed here for one night, very polite manager and staff. Location is very peaceful too around 3km away from Police Bazar. As per price point of you, the rooms were nice.

Rooms are good,hot water,heater,kettle everything is provided before hand, Breakfast being in buffet style is a plus and it's available at 7 30 am that's a plus as well,But accessing the hotel from Non meghalaya vehicles is made tough via a simple route due to a NO ENTRY Board , and everytime we had to take a longer route to reach the hotel, The hotel people won't send their local person close to the No entry board ..if we call to the number mentioned in Google. If we go and complain at reception later on after reaching the hotel via a complex route..they tell To call to reception number and inform so that they can send their hotel wala person ..rather than the Google number, So make sure to take the reception phone number. This is the only flaw..rest everything is perfect

Well maintained ,big and clean rooms. Located in peaceful area with great views.Room services are good . Food is very good too !! One of the way to reach hotelhas deep slope ,those who are driving need to be careful,the other way seems normal. Good to go with family and friends.
