The hotel stay was comfortable, and the staff was courteous. However, I was disappointed with the pricing transparency. The rates mentioned on the food menu did not match the amounts charged on the final bill, as several items were billed at higher prices. Additionally, packaged drinking water and soft drinks were sold at significantly inflated rates. For example, a Thumbs Up PET bottle with an MRP of 40 was charged at 120. Such pricing practices are misleading and negatively impact the overall guest experience. I hope the management addresses these issues by ensuring transparent and fair pricing in the future.
