Everything is good staffs behaviour is also good.but mini disappointed by breakfastIf add breakfast free then everything is good and then we will think about going again

Staff behaviour was very good and good manner to talk how to deal a coustomer they are very polite I am happy for their service

Overall stay was good and satisfactory, with clean rooms, helpful staff, decent food, and a comfortable, pleasant atmosphere throughout the visit.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The bed was constantly making noise, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The bathroom door in one of the rooms did not close properly, causing inconvenience and lack of privacy. The behavior of the hotel management was not good and felt unprofessional. Additionally, the common washrooms were not easily accessible and were extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, the hotel lacks basic cleanliness, comfort, and proper service, and I would not recommend staying here.

The problem is that this is located in main market so no local taxis will go here as it is no entry zone. Staffs were good they try to do their best with what they have I guess the hotel owner is one who is responsible for his downfall the side lamps were not working. No working kettle while they have mentioned in website that they provide kettle. Washrooms are too small for deluxe rooms. Most of things are collapsing the owner need to take care of it . It looks like everything is just jugaad .
