This is the worst hotel, Managers are there to loot and nothing else.They charged me twice for one day stay... When I asked for the reason they said you came in the morning yesterday....

I say worst Hotel in Ludhiana, Room and bathroom were not cleaned, They even don't change their bedsheets and pillow cover. Also taking charge for water they served . Rude behaviour at reception.Don't stay or waste your money.

I have tried multiple hotels in budget of 1000-1500.All I have seen that unprofessionalism of staffs. Usually they are in banyan and entertaining the guest with no intention to welcome you. But The best thing I love in this hotel that their staffs behave so nicely and professionally.Rooms are well maintained and that part of room for which I m very concerned is Bathroom, which was well clean and nicely constructed.And the most important part don't ever book any hotel from Oyo.Please go through MMT.This is my personal experience.
