Terrible service... I booked a room online through Cleartrip after confirming with them on the phone. When I asked whether to book online or offline, the person said whatever I prefer, if I get a good price online, go ahead, no problem. But when I arrived at the hotel, they said they were sold out. They acknowledged my booking but said they had no rooms available. So now I have to wander the city late at night... Never book a room at their hotel. Very bad experience. Not even worth a single star.

I booked through AGODA but they canceled my reservation immediately and said they couldn't provide the room, leaving me to handle it myself. This is the worst hotel I've experienced, and the staff show no hospitality. Avoid this place.
