Hotel Crystal Ganga Heights

Terrible experience. The food quality is very poor. The staff was impolite and refused to admit their mistake; one of them was named Purab Singh Negi. We ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, but it arrived without any vegetables or filling, just cheese. When we requested a change or modification, the staff responded rudely.

I had a very enjoyable stay and will surely come back. The front desk team is excellent, particularly Anushka and Pragya.

Title: Disappointing stay due to poor management Rating: 2/5 Stayed at Hotel Crystals Ganga Heights Haridwar No responsibility taken: We reserved a deluxe room but were assigned a standard room without any explanation. When I requested to meet the GM, he declined and told the staff "there are no upgrades available" even though the hotel was not fully booked. Unfriendly and dismissive behavior: I called the front desk several times about the AC not working. The GM answered once and spoke harshly, saying "we have 100 guests, can't fix everything now." This is not how a GM should address guest issues. No follow-up on promised refund: The hotel charged us for breakfast despite it being included in our booking. The GM promised the refund would be processed within 24 hours, but after 10 days there has been no refund or response to my emails. For a 4-star hotel, I expected better management. The GM's attitude affected the whole experience, making our stay frustrating. I would not suggest this hotel until management improves.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Food was delicious and the service was prompt.
