Despite having a confirmed online booking with 100% advance payment, the hotel refused to provide us with a room when we arrived with our family. Instead, they gave our room to an offline customer who was willing to pay a higher price.Because of their greed and complete lack of professionalism, my family was left stranded late at night in an unfamiliar city and had to struggle to find alternative accommodation. This caused immense stress, inconvenience, and unnecessary hardship.This hotel clearly values extra money over customer trust and basic ethics. The staff showed no accountability and offered no satisfactory solution or apology.I would strongly advise families and other travelers to avoid this hotel if they want a reliable and hassle-free stay. A hotel that cannot honor its confirmed reservations cannot be trusted.
