The Qualia Resort Club & Brewery

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Qualia Resort. The food quality was poor, and the service standards were far below expectations.What was even more concerning was the behavior and attitude of the General Manager, Mr. Kuldeep. Instead of addressing guest concerns professionally and ensuring a satisfactory resolution, I found his approach unhelpful and dismissive. As a General Manager, maintaining guest satisfaction and handling complaints effectively should be a top priority.Unfortunately, the overall management, food quality, and service experience did not meet the standards expected from a resort of this category. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and focuses on improving customer service, staff training, and guest relations to ensure a better experience for future visitors.

Had an amazing experience yesterday! The food was absolutely delicious, and all the arrangements for my mother’s birthday were beautifully done. The staff was very polite and cooperative, the service was super quick, and the overall ambience was warm and lovely. Thank you for making the celebration so special and memorable!
