We were upgraded to an Luxury suite which was really really sweet. I think the experience elevated our vacation to a next level. Rather than going place hopping, being part of the heritage while enjoying all the scenic hues of pichola from the property seemed a better option. All the staff were dedicated to all the guests. I felt the food could have been better. The breakfast spread was good but have been to places with much wider options. Will visit again just for feeling the old palace charm :)
Great hotel an fantastic location. Staff fall over themselves to help you but to the point of being annoying..No real explanation of hotel facilities which would have been useful.Restaurant very good but service on the slow side..
This hotel is right in the centre of old town which makes it perfect for exploring this part of udaipur on foot. The hotel itself is luxurious but dated and could do with a bit of a refresh. We enjoyed the hospitality but felt the food could do with a bit of an upgrade.
