The entire stay was full of inconvenience and poor management. There were repeated power cuts throughout the property, and because of this, the air conditioning in our room stopped working multiple times. Even after repeatedly complaining and requesting assistance, no proper action was taken. We were forced to wait outside our room for nearly 40 minutes because the AC was not functioning. What was more frustrating was the complete lack of coordination from the management team. Instead of resolving issues, staff members kept asking us to call different numbers and speak to different people, with nobody actually taking responsibility. This clearly reflects a management failure, not just a service issue at the ground level. Additionally, there was no water supply for almost 2 hours, which is completely unacceptable for a resort charging premium prices. The restaurant and hospitality experience was equally disappointing. Even after multiple reminders, we had to wait around 40 minutes for service. The food quality was also not up to the mark and did not justify the standards your property claims to offer. Overall, the stay was stressful and frustrating rather than comfortable and relaxing. Considering the amount charged for this booking, the experience was far below acceptable standards. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and request an appropriate explanation and resolution from your side at the earliest.
