Hotel EL Dorado

It was a very poorly maintained hotel. Very badly planned as well as serviced. The buffet spread for both dinner and breakfast was very basic.No hot water as well in the morning.Poor service just to get any kind of help or support.The first room that we checked into did not even have a lock for bathroom door.

The location is great for ease of transportation. The breakfast spread is great as well. However the lunch was middling at best. The gym timings (3 hrs in morning and evening) is the only other gripe i had with the service. why not keep the gym open throughout the day?

Nice restaurant to dine with family n frndz in d main area of d city. Tasty foods. Jain food is available. Staff is polite n courteous. Parking is available inside n outside the hotel.Ambience is good. Cleanliness is also good.

Worst Experience ’ Lost Earbuds & Rude StaffI had the worst experience at this hotel. I booked it for 2 days and unfortunately left my earbuds in the room on the first day. On the second day, housekeeping was done. When I returned in the evening, my earbuds were missing.I immediately informed the hotel staff, but instead of helping me, they rudely denied everything and said: ’Humare staff ne ear bud nahi liya hai, jo action lena hai, senior manager/MD se baat kar lena.’This kind of unprofessional and arrogant behaviour is unacceptable. As a guest, I expected at least basic courtesy and cooperation, but the staff was dismissive and irresponsible.I strongly advise others to think twice before booking this hotel. Safety of belongings and guest service are clearly not their priority.
