Frustrating Stay Experience

Very disappointing experience at this hotel. The hospitality was terrible from the moment we arrived. The staff didn’t even bother to receive us properly, and no one helped with our luggage bags. We had to carry everything to our room by ourselves, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel.The service during breakfast and dinner was also poor. They didn’t even keep proper water bottles for guests. On top of that, the receptionist’s behavior was rude and unprofessional, making the stay even more frustrating. The only decent part of this hotel was the kitchen staff, who behaved much better than the rest of the employees.Overall, this hotel seriously lacks basic customer service and professionalism. Definitely not worth the experience.
