Cooperative staff, great location. Only downside was the loud guests on one of the nights. I had to call reception 3 times to get them to lower the volune.

Writing this review after staying in Hotel Global Inn with my family for 3 nights in Room No. 301 (Luxury Room with Jallianwala bagh view). Terrible experience! Never ever recommend this hotel to any family. It barely deserves 1 star rating.1. After first day, no hot water in taps. After half an hour of calling reception, we were able to use it, still it was mild. On second and third day, we had to take bath with literally cold water. Multiple calls to reception but still no response.2. No auto room cleaning each day. By default we expected that they would clean the room in the day time, but they didn't. You have to tell them even to empty the dustbins. Even when we told them, cleaning was not at all good. They even do not change the bedsheet.3. They have kettle in the room, but they do not have cups to drink the tea/coffee. We called them to provide, but the staff came up with just one cup which was half broken.4. Room size was too small. Not as per the images shown. It was written that room is 180 sq ft, but believe me, it is quite small, barely gets space around the bed.5. TV is Quite old fashioned small one with no DTH service. Local TV of no use!6. Centralized AC system - They locked the centralized room AC from reception many time. We couldn't operate it when required. Every time we had to call reception to switch it on.7. Staff - They have the worst staff. Only 2 staff for the whole hotel including kitchen.8. No dining area. In GOIBIBO, they is option for meals like breakfast lunch dinner, luckily we did not book any meal because we wanted to try local food, but when we reached there, you can only order food in the room.Nothing personal for the hotel, but when you are in this kind of industry, customer satisfaction is the top most priority. Thanks.

Very nice hotel situated near to the Darbar Sahib and adjoining the Jallianwala bagh. Sparkling clean room and good AC even made it better. Can go for it.
