The behaviour of the person say front desk Mr Dogra was completely unacceptable and extremely rude. He did not attend to the guests properly and even quarrelled with the guests. One the day of check out he showed and abused as well. I would aaj you to look into this and taopriate action. The guests had arrived after a long journey and had to face this untrained person and disrespectful person just after entering the hotel.

Hotel rooms, housekeeping staff are all good and it is near to railway station but their policies are not customer friendly. One of the managers is a bit rude. There is no health faucet in the bathroom. If you are traveling Amritsar for leisure, you'll get many better hotels around Golden temple.

We had initially booked a room at Fab Continental, but at the last moment, they informed us that they had ceased operations and relocated us to Aay Kay Fab hotel nearby. Unfortunately, our experience at this new hotel has been far from satisfactory. The room was untidy, and the bathroom had a foul odor. It appeared that the bed sheets had not been changed, and the sofas were all dirty. If you are planning to stay with your family, I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel. Our stay with Fab has truly been disappointing.
