FabHotel Punjab Pride

The room was no bigger than 100 sq feet, even though you promised 140-150 sq feet. The AC remote didn't work, and when we asked about it, we were told there was no solution. There was no hot water, only very cold water, which caused my children to catch a fever and cold. When we requested hot water, the owner said, "In summer, you are the only person who asks for hot water. Why do you need hot water?"

The air conditioning was not functioning. Very bad experience.

Fab hotels executive made an incorrect commitment during room booking. The change of hotel name was not communicated. There was no parking facility as promised. Customer support response was poor. Room facilities were subpar and the hotel staff was unhelpful.

I believe the government should take strict measures against Fabhotel as they are fraudulent service providers. The pictures shown for their properties do not match the reality at all. They also do not answer your calls when you need help. We booked 3 rooms on the same floor, but upon arrival, the hotel gave us rooms on 3 different floors, which shows a lack of understanding that a family should be accommodated on the same floor. We stayed for 4 days and they never called once to check if the service was satisfactory. No contact details for the hotel were provided, and we had a hard time finding the location. We actually booked Punjab Pride hotel, but when we arrived, the place was called GLOBAL INN. Fortunately, the staff and owner of Global INN were very helpful in every matter. I strongly advise against booking any property through FABHOTEL as they are dishonest, and I don't know how many more people will be cheated in the future.
