Our stay was very disappointing and stressful. The furniture in the room smelled bad, the staff was unresponsive the entire time, and we had no help even for simple requests. At checkout, the management demanded extra money with vague reasons about room damage but did not give any proper receipt. Manager Ankit acted very unprofessionally and rudely. We were also subtly pressured to pay extra for luggage help. I would not recommend this place for families or respectable travelers.
