Had a really good stay at Green Embassy Hotel, Sagara. The place was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming.A special thanks to Pooja for being so kind and helpful throughout our stay. She was always polite, friendly, and made us feel comfortable. Her good behavior and positive attitude really stood out.Would definitely recommend this place!

The food was excellent, and the service was courteous and efficient. However, as a non-Hindi speaker, I found it difficult to place my order due to the language barrier. In Karnataka, offering basic support in Kannada would greatly improve the dining experience and make the restaurant more accessible to a wider range of customers.

Disappointing Stay Experience

The hotel itself is very old and needs renovation. While our rooms were spacious, there were cockroaches and the bathroom had leaks. Additionally, the staff was very uncooperative. Since we arrived, we asked different staff members for towels and toilet paper rolls at least 5-6 times. But they just kept saying 10 mins and never gave us these items until we checked out. We even tried contacting the front desk but to no avail. Very disappointed. Would not recommend for a comfortable stay, especially with family.
