Very disappointing stay. I booked this hotel online because it stated there was a 24-hour reception and check-in. I paid in advance but never got a confirmation email. When I got there around 4 a.m., the receptionist refused to give me a room, saying check-in was only at noon, which contradicts the online info. I only needed the room from 4 a.m. to 8 a.m., but no help or solution was offered. Advertising 24-hour check-in and then denying it at arrival is misleading and caused stress after a long trip. If there are restrictions, they should be clearly stated instead of giving wrong info online. I don't recommend this hotel because of the misleading info and bad customer service.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The rooms were tiny and cramped, much smaller than I had anticipated. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, and overall the room felt neither clean nor well-maintained upon arrival. We waited almost 45 minutes to check in. To make things worse, there was no water supply from 6:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Despite being four guests, we only received three pillows even after repeatedly requesting an extra one. Only the building's exterior looks good; the rooms do not. The rooms and amenities do not justify the price charged. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. It feels like a total rip-off. Avoid this hotel if you don't want to waste your money.

My experience at Hotel Guest Inn was very unsatisfactory. The main problem was the inadequate water supply, which caused significant inconvenience during our visit. Despite several requests for an additional pillow, the staff declined to provide one. The situation was worsened by the manager's behavior, who was rude, unprofessional, and did not address our concerns or try to fix the problems. There were also issues with power, cramped rooms, and an extra charge of 500b for a larger room even though we had booked two small rooms. The single room was extremely small with no space to move or near the washroom, everything was disorganized and unhygienic. The bedsheets and pillows were very dirty, and they refused to give an extra pillow. The customer service was among the worst I have encountered. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and trouble-free stay.
