We stayed there for a day and it was so unclean and insects were roaming there. We stayed only for the night stay anf and staffs did not care for assistance or did not attend to clean it. There were insects and totally unhygienic environment

I enjoyed a comfortable two-day stay at this hotel while visiting Vrindavan. The staff were polite, accommodating, and eager to help. My room was tidy, cozy, and well-kept, which made my stay very relaxing. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring nearby temples, and there were food options within walking distance. The environment was calm, and the service was quick. I appreciate the hospitality of the whole team and would gladly suggest this hotel to others visiting Vrindavan.

My 4-day stay at Hotel Hare Krishna Dham in Vrindavan was very disappointing. We booked early and even called ahead to ensure the room would be cleaned properly, but it was not up to basic cleanliness standards. The room was very small for four people, making it hard to move around comfortably. For the price, the size was much less than expected and made the stay uncomfortable. The room was dirty overall: dusty floor tiles, walls, balcony, mirrors, ceiling fan, and even the drinking glass. The ceiling fan had thick dust, and the bed linens had visible dust and hair. There was also a baby lizard inside, showing poor housekeeping. The bathroom was unacceptable—dirty, torn towels (only two for four guests), no basic toiletries, a malfunctioning toilet flush, broken fittings, no overhead shower, and water leaked into the room when showering due to poor drainage. The tap water was muddy and dirty; staff said it was Yamuna water and normal, but guests should have clean water. Housekeeping was poor; despite handing over the key daily, the room was not cleaned until we returned and waited 30 minutes. There were many mosquitoes, and the All Out Ultra machine provided did not work even after replacement. Basic amenities like the TV remote were missing at check-in and only given after request. Frequent power cuts of about two hours daily added to discomfort. Paying ₹1,800 per night, we expected basic cleanliness, maintenance, and hospitality, but the room condition, size, and service did not justify the cost. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic standards, and I cannot recommend it for a clean, comfortable stay in Vrindavan.
