Our stay at Hotel Heevan, Pahalgam was quite disappointing. Despite paying a high price for five confirmed ground-floor rooms booked nearly two months ahead and confirming three times before arrival, we were assigned lower-quality rooms on various floors and even a separate cottage instead of the confirmed ones. Having already arrived, we had no choice but to accept this arrangement. This situation is unjust and shows poor reservation handling. Avoid trusting verbal assurances—make sure all promises are documented in writing before your trip.

We had a great time at Hotel Heaven. The hotel was tidy, cozy, and well kept. The employees were kind, courteous, and always willing to assist. I stayed here in July 2026. The hotel is situated in an excellent spot. The hospitality exceeded that of a typical 5-star hotel. Both the restaurant and the nearby Cafe Wilo offer tasty food and a pleasant atmosphere. I recommend booking directly with the hotel for better rates. They gave me a nice upgrade for a fair additional price. Make sure to reserve the river-view rooms.
