I thought this hotel was too expensive 💸. The bathroom was very small and hard to use. The food was quite average, particularly the breakfast, which was really below expectations for a hotel of this level 🤢. I wouldn't suggest staying here 👎

In April 2026, we visited Pahalgam and stayed one night at Hotel Heevan in a Junior Suite with breakfast included. A friend had recommended the hotel, and we also learned it has hosted several celebrities. The standout feature of the hotel is the stunning view, which is truly captivating. A river runs alongside the property, offering a peaceful spot to sit, take photos, and enjoy the scenery. This view really sets the hotel apart. The Junior Suite felt somewhat small, and given the cost of about Rs. 34,000 per night, I expected the room to be more impressive. It was comfortable but didn’t quite match the price. The hotel seems to charge a premium mainly for its location and views, which are indeed remarkable. Breakfast offered a good selection, and the restaurant was pleasant. We were greeted with a refreshing cup of Kahwa. The common areas also feature some board games for guests to enjoy. Overall, it was a nice stay, and if you appreciate amazing views and a lovely environment, Hotel Heevan is worth considering. Just be aware that the price reflects the location and scenery more than the room itself.
