The Hermitage By Grand Resorts

We were having dinner watching India match in their restaurant at 9pm. The restaurant was half empty and We were enjoying match but they switched off the TV saying that there is no signal but it was not true. We left the restaurant and went in our respected rooms to watch match. This is an unprofessional behaviour.

Beautiful hotel with 28 rooms. Located close to the main market. Rooms are comfortable. Food is top notch. Hotel staff is brilliant and service was excellent.Vegeterian food is amazing. They take care of smallest of things. Need to improve landscape,I would recommend this hotel for people looking at a safe stay with family.

Good place in Pahalgam, well priced. The rooms were pretty good, the heater in the room was the best of all our stays in Kashmir. Great views of the mountains from the room as well. The location is quite accessible (2km down the road from the main market in Pahalgam, we were able to grab a quick 2 min cab back from the market, one night as an example). The food was adequate, breakfast could do with some improvement (spread was a tad minimal), but the dinner was good (we ordered ala carte). The hotel arranged for a pretty reliable and very helpful taxi for local sightseeing.

The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, ensuring a peaceful and pleasant stay.A special mention to the staff, who were extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine care and professionalism really stood out and added a personal touch to our experience.The food was excellent ’ fresh, delicious, and well-prepared, with a good variety that catered to all tastes. Every meal felt wholesome and satisfying.Overall, everything about Hotel Hermitage ’ hospitality, stay, food, staff, and location ’ exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pahalgam and would happily choose to stay here again. A perfect blend of comfort, warmth, and scenic beauty.
