We had spent one week at this lovely hotel. Hotel is situated near a lovely river and one can hear the peculiar sound of water every time. As usual weather was excellent during last August to 1st week of September. Main market of pehalgaon was on the other side of river approx 3 kms away from our hotel. We had visited many beautiful locations mostly on horses and few by cab. We had visited CHANDANWADI the starting place of shrine this platform. We had visited the lovely Betab valley and many more lovely locations. Hotel lawn and surroundings were so nice and beautiful. We had extended our stay for another 2-3 days here in pehalgaon. Out of our total stay of 10-12 days we spent our 90 % time at pehalgaon only. This was my daughters suggestion. This was my first journey to Kashmir. Wish to visit again and again.

Peaceful Scenic Stay

We stayed for a week at this charming hotel located near a beautiful river, where the unique sound of flowing water is always audible. The weather was great from late August to early September. The main market of Pehalgaon was about 3 km across the river from the hotel. We explored many stunning spots, mostly on horseback and some by cab. We visited Chandanwadi, the starting point of the shrine yatra, as well as the beautiful Betab Valley and several other lovely places. The hotel's lawn and surroundings were very pleasant and attractive. We extended our visit by 2-3 days in Pehalgaon, spending about 90% of our 10-12 day trip there, following my daughter's suggestion. This was my first trip to Kashmir, and I hope to return many times.
