Hotel is good and can be used for 1 or 2 day stay.
Hotel located in very good and calm location, staffs are very friendly. If we highlight any issue they are fixing it right away. Complimentary breakfast and dinner menu was good. The road to reach the hotel is not good, seems some work is going on and hope it will be fixed soon
We had booked a standard AC room, but unfortunately, the AC was not working during our stay of two days was in full sweat , which was very disappointing. Adding to the inconvenience, the road leading to the hotel was blocked, and there was no prior intimation from the hotel. We arrived around midnight and had to deal with unnecessary panic and confusion due to this.The in-room facilities were also not up to the mark—the TV remote was not functioning, and the bathroom tap was broken.The complimentary breakfast was quite limited, with only two dishes available and a very short serving window (8:30 AM to 9:30 AM). Being a weekend stay, this was inconvenient as it disrupted our rest.Overall, the experience was below expectations due to poor maintenance and lack of communication. Improvements in basic amenities and guest communication are highly needed.
