Easy to access for boating, Natural park. No restaurant in Hotel, even coffee tea cannot be provided which is a demerit.Breakfast is not customized, no live dishes, as it is coming from outside.Restrooms were average, as no smell refreshments kept.Rooms were decent.

We stayed at this resort in Yelagiri, and overall it was a very disappointing experience.We reached the resort around 2:00 PM. After completing the check-in formalities, we were given the room key. When we checked the room, we found that the toilet flush was not working. We informed the reception, and they said it would be fixed. After having lunch and returning to the room, the issue was still not resolved.Later, we went for indoor games and came back again, but the problem remained. Only after repeatedly following up, around 4:00 PM, we were given another room. That room was fine, but the AC remote was not working. This was fixed later after we informed them.The next morning, the water heater was not working properly. We were told that hot water would be available in 10 minutes, but hot water never came, and the issue was not fixed.When we asked for a dental kit, it was mentioned that we could collect it from the reception, but when we asked, they said it was not available.Coming to the food, it was average and not very tasty. Even for bread, there was no toaster, and the overall quality was very basic.Although their policy mentions a 24-hour stay, we were able to stay properly for only 10’12 hours, and that too with multiple inconveniences.Overall, this was one of our worst stay experiences. The service, maintenance, and facilities need significant improvement.

Stay was near to boat house and children park. Complimentary breakfast was available. CARETAKER Chandru and Staff Manthos was very friendly. Very spacious room with pleasant atmosphere. Ambience was very good

I booked 2 delux rooms. So both rooms should be similar. One room have good lighting another room have just basic white lights. One room have balcony another room have no. Both rooms were damped due to rain. The sheets and blankets were not clean and it was dusty it triggered my allergies. The staff were friendly. But the quality of the place was not up to mark. The breakfast was average. So overall I’ll say 2 stars.

Just off the main road. Parking available for some 6-7 cars. The rooms need maintenance. In fact some of the rooms had damp and water damaged walls. The plug point in the room I stayed (106) was not ok. Even a dental kit was not available the day I arrived. The staff that manages the property needs to be better counselled by the owner.
