MGM Whispering Meadows Yelagiri

I am grateful to the staff, particularly Mr. Kumaravel, for his warm hospitality and excellent service. The rooms could use better upkeep, but overall, it's an ideal spot for family weekend getaways.

Pleasant stay with clean and tidy rooms.

Located directly on the main road. The property is well kept. The pure vegetarian restaurant that used to provide food services has closed because of the global fuel crisis. Prices are very high on weekends. It's preferable to visit on weekdays.

The rooms are clean and roomy but lack any view. There is no pool, despite pictures showing one, which actually belongs to another property they own on the outskirts. Many guests expecting a pool will be disappointed. There is no restaurant on-site; breakfast requires walking to nearby hotels, though the website claims breakfast is available, which is misleading. Parking is not gated and limited to roadside spots for about six cars. One night, another guest parked behind our car, and despite informing the manager, no help was given. The TV did not work, and when we requested room service, the staff entered with shoes on and walked around the room, which was very unpleasant, especially with children present. The room key never worked during our stay; the receptionist said it would be ready in an hour, but it was never fixed. We had to use the master key each time, which felt unsafe, so we kept all valuables in the car when going out. We will definitely not stay here again. There are many better options on the same road with superior facilities.
