This was one of my worst stays. They are charging huge amount of 7000-8000/- per day, however the hotel doesn't have any facilities. They have given us room on 03rd floor (no lift facility). Me and my kids have carried luggage after check in and while leaving. Hotel staff is the most worst. Totally unsupportive. Once you checked in, after that you are on your own. Restaurant is disaster. My stay includes complimentary breakfast also, but there is no fixed breakfast timings. They told initially 08:30 am. Although we were ready and waiting from morning only as it gets crowded in Manali and one has to face traffic jams, but even after 08:30 am also it was pitch dark in Restaurant. Then we came to know, they don't have gas only to cook. Around 09:15 when I called to the main head person, they started doing something and they told to provide breakfast. Upon asking I came to know they prepared maggi, bread toast and poha in breakfast. That too was not ready and under preparation. Because of this our so much time got wasted. Nobody from hotel attending staff helps you to carry your luggage. We have been given room on 03rd floor, however we only carried out luggage to third floor during checking and leaving. Maximum time nobody will be there at reception to attend your calls. Hotel lacks basic facilities also, which are basic requirements like dental kit, water cattle with tea maker and other basic things which are generally provided.

Excellent property in a great location; at this price, you won't find anything near Mall Road. Mr. Abhishek, the owner, is very kind, polite, and helpful. I had a wonderful experience with him. Everyone should visit, have fun, and create lasting memories.

Clean and cozy rooms – The rooms were tidy and equipped with essentials such as WiFi, TV, and regular housekeeping. Courteous staff – The employees were kind, supportive, and eager to help, enhancing the overall experience. Quality food – The hotel provides a pleasant breakfast and restaurant options with a reasonable selection.

Friends, this hotel in this area offers amazing value for its price and facilities. The owners, Mr. Abhishek and Ishwar ji, are very helpful, and the staff is kind and polite. I highly recommend it; definitely worth a visit. My experience with this property was excellent.
