Hotel KC Cross Roads

I’m currently staying at this’ with no option to check out. Spacious rooms, old bathrooms which needs a lot of attention and very poorly maintained. No fridge in my room. If you call the receptionist for something half the time thay cater to your needs. Definitely NOT going to stay here again.

We wish to place on record a serious complaint regarding our extremely unpleasant experience at Hotel KC Cross Road during a pre-booked NGO dinner gathering held on 21.02.2026.Our organization had booked dinner for 20 guests and paid an advance token amount of ’5,000, confirming the reservation well in advance. Despite this, the conduct of the hotel management and staff was highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable for any hospitality establishment.Shockingly, the hotel manager and team refused to even serve drinking water and began arguing aggressively, demanding full payment before starting any service. This demand was unreasonable and contrary to normal hospitality practice, where payment is settled after completion of the meal.The behavior of the staff created embarrassment for our guests and completely disturbed the dignity of an NGO gathering meant for social interaction. Instead of cooperation, we were subjected to arguments, pressure tactics, and discourteous communication.Such conduct reflects: ’ Lack of basic hospitality etiquette’ Poor customer handling’ Absence of professionalism’ Disrespect toward confirmed customers despite advance paymentWe strongly urge the management to review its policies, train its staff in customer relations, and ensure that guests are treated with respect rather than suspicion.’’ We caution future customers and organizations to clearly document payment terms before booking, as the experience we faced was deeply disappointing and damaging to the reputation expected from a hotel venue.This review is being posted to ensure transparency and to prevent others from facing similar treatment.

Best restaurant nearby area. Food is very delicious and veg manchow soup is very yummy and also services of Sh.Anil kumar is very fast also very helpful, supportive and families behave.Recommended all families because best service and food near by area

I had an extremely bad experience with KC Cross. We booked a hall for our reception and made the required payment. Despite this, the management still booked the same hall for the same date for another customer.The situation became worse when manager Neena Gupta, confirmed another booking even after our payment was done. Shockingly, she tore the page from the booking register where our details were written, which shows complete dishonesty and lack of ethics.When we asked for a payment receipt, the General Manager, Mohd Arif, refused to provide it and did not try to resolve the issue at all. Instead, we were treated rudely, disrespected, and harassed. There was no professionalism, accountability, or customer concern shown by the staff.This place is absolutely unreliable and unsafe for important events. They can ditch customers at any time, even after taking money. I would never recommend KC Cross to anyone, especially for important occasions like weddings or receptions.

Poor quality rooms. Room 404 which I got had no window, blistering walls, broken bathroom door knobs and poor quality linen.Vehicle access to the hotel involves paying an entry fee of Rs 40.Hotel restaurant has no simple or inexpensive choices. Service is poor.I stayed here on two occasions for a total of three days. First stay was okay but the second one was poor. Avoid fourth floor and Room 404. This room appears to be a storeroom converted into a guest room.
