’ **Extremely Disappointing Experience at Hotel Kewal, Nashik**I booked a **Suite Room** at Hotel Kewal through Cleartrip for ’3,500. To my surprise, when I arrived, the hotel had already given away my booked room. Instead of informing me beforehand or cancelling the booking, they shifted me to what looked like a **staff/workers' room**.The room was in terrible condition and nowhere close to the suite category I had paid for. When I confronted the staff, they refused to accept responsibility and simply told me to contact Cleartrip. This was unacceptable because the hotel should have informed me in advance if they couldn't honor the reservation.After further discussion, they moved me to another suite, claiming it was their "premium" room. Unfortunately, that room was also in poor condition, poorly maintained, and looked more like a budget roadside room than a premium suite.The biggest disappointment was the mismatch between appearance and reality. The hotel may look attractive from the outside, but the rooms and customer service tell a completely different story.**I would strongly advise travelers to think twice before booking Hotel Kewal. Poor room quality, poor management, and no accountability made this one of the worst hotel experiences I've had.**

It was an amazing stay with friendly staff and good ambience. The hotel is in close proximity to everything and approachable as well. It offers a comfortable stay at an affordable price. Nashik has been memorable because of them.

Actually it is kewal(only) hotel and have no service quality I m surprised how they got 3 star ratings. The quality of service is like dhaba I would rather say bad from dhaba. If you order tea then they will carry that tea from kitchen to room without covering it and you will feel like cold tea. I called 5 times to please start services of tv they even not bothered to acknowledge.There will be a tea maker in your room along with tea bag n milk powder but you have to use your finger to mix because they do not offer any spoon or stick to mix.I mean really it is not a 3 star hotel it is just kewal hotal.
