They confirmed booking, after taking ID copy printout they said booking cancelled, Check in staffs are cheaters, The both guys at the reception counter on 26 June 2026 need to be expelled from their job if the owner is not part of this cheating business Also I booked club room for 3 members they gave small room which is not even half the size of the room which mentioned in the booking time Anyway cleaning staffs and the security are kind enough not to be part of the reception staffs cheating business. Hotel location is correct as shown in the app and except 3 hrs of check in harassment stay was good enough Got room no 107 as club room of the property and main door lock was not working properly which i informed earlier at the reception and he said it will be ok

I have choose this hotel due to some reviews. Being a Travel Agent I wanted to try and see experience myself first before use for my clients. Somehow it's not same as it looks sounds like in this platform.I must mention staff good and helpful.
