Superb service
Hotel rooms are ok. Not as great as shown on photos. Never consider with breakfast option. No good breakfast options. They don't even serve coffee during breakfast. Asked them to clean after 1 day stay, but no one did.
The stay at Town pallace Inn was absolutely terrible. The receptionist, Mr. Anuj, was extremely rude and unprofessional—someone who clearly does not belong in the hospitality industry. The entire hotel was unbearably noisy because of Sesh Café on the 4th floor, making it impossible to relax. The AC in my room kept making a constant dripping sound, and every time someone upstairs used the washroom, loud water flow noises echoed in my washroom. Overall, it was a highly unpleasant and disappointing experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for even basic comfort or peace. In my opinion Agoda should take down this listing to avoid loosing its own loyal customers .
