Hotel Pinky Villa - New Delhi Railway Station

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pinky Villa. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.The hotel is located in a convenient area with easy access to transport and nearby attractions. Housekeeping was prompt, and the overall environment was safe, peaceful, and well-maintained.Great value for money. I would definitely recommend Hotel Pinky Villa to families, couples, and business travelers, and I would be happy to stay here again.

It was freshly prepared, tasty, and offered good variety. Starting the day with such a satisfying meal made my trip even better. The staff was polite, attentive, and always ready to help with any request, which created a very welcoming atmosphere.The location of the hotel is another major plus point. Being situated in Paharganj and very close to the New Delhi Railway Station, it is extremely convenient for travelers arriving by train or planning to explore the city. Popular markets, restaurants, and attractions are also nearby, making it easy to experience the local vibe without traveling too far.Overall, I found Hotel Pinky Villa to be a great value for money. Comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, excellent hospitality, and a prime location make it a very good choice for both short and long stays in Delhi.

I am extremely disappointed my their services like they don't have proper cleaned washrooms..and when we ask them to clean the room we found everything as it is only the bedding was done. Again there TV was not working saying they were having some technical issue...when we ask for towels they give us napkins. Overall the service was not worth to the price of hotel room..so I don't recommend this hotel for stay

We stayed at The Hotel Pinky Villa and while the rooms looked ok, unfortunately, the cleanliness was below expectations. The towels and bed sheets were dirty, and there was a very unpleasant smell in the room throughout our stay.What concerned me the most, was the fact that the windows could not be locked, which made me feel unsafe.Overall, the aesthetic matches the photos, but the hygiene and security standards need improvement.

Despite having paid in full, I chose to leave and book another hotel in a safer locality. Agoda later acknowledged the issue and agreed to reimburse me after I submitted proof of alternate stay.This hotel may be fine for solo travelers who are aware of the locality, but it is absolutely not recommended for families or anyone expecting a peaceful, secure environment. The listing does not disclose the nature of the area, and the online reviews are misleading.I urge Agoda and other platforms to vet properties more responsibly and warn users about high-risk zones. Travelers deserve transparency and safety’not just good ratings.
