It was nice staying in Hotel Bluestone
Even though I booked through my company's corporate portal, I was required to pay in advance to confirm the reservation. The room and services were acceptable, but there were some problems such as difficulty opening the window, water accumulation on the balcony which is concerning during dengue and malaria season, poor food quality, and fresh towels had an unpleasant smell. Additionally, arriving late by cab was troublesome because the main service road door was closed, making it hard to find an open entrance to the property.

Business • Jul 2026The staff were the sole positive aspect of this hotel—friendly and truly helpful. Everything else fell short of expectations. The room was essentially just a bed enclosed by walls, with only one chair, no table, and barely enough space to stand. It seems that eating while standing or balancing plates on the bed is seen as a feature here. The towels appeared old and dirty; we avoided using them and had to purchase our own paper tissues. Friendly staff alone can't make up for a hotel that lacks basic comfort and cleanliness. We won't be returning.
