The hotel rooms were great and the cleanliness, food and room facilities were also great. They even upgraded me to a family suite without any extra pay. The staff were ready to help with everything, airport pickup and transport to any place. The only hitch was that the location of the hotel is not in a great place. Especially for women traveling alone, it was a nightmare coming out of the hotel and navigating the area .
The location isn't particularly near the airport, which is the only reason we stayed here and they didn't give a free airport drop, instead charging us 700 rupees and also making us wait 20 minutes despite us pre-booking it. Breakfast is in a hotel a short walk across the street, which was actually pretty nice.
